So no evidence about an invisible condition other than my own? Not even a letter of diagnosis?

You seem to have the choice of submitting a report that is less than positive or not submitting any evidence. Only you can decide.

Is there anyone else who could write a statement in support of your claim? A therapist, friend or family member?

No, I keep this situation private. Spoke to someone who put me through to a complaints place about the medical centre and doctor, am not looking to make any official thing (have bigger things to think about) but raised the issue that it's ok for the dr to say all of that and not do anything or change anything but it doesn't stop this process!

Spoke also to another group who will look at my form before sending it, when mentioning the situation with the Dr they said it's 50/50 to whether Drs even give out letters, which is crazy. Can understand the Drs maybe not wanting to deal with letters but in these situations something has to be done as they are asked for!

Have been talking to a group called "disability solutions" (though I don't view this as a disability) who have said I can bring the esa50 form to them to check over. Still causing a load of restlessness, contacted the medical centre again to see if there was any way they would amend the letter (worth a go) but heard nothing from them even though they said they would call.

Form has to be there by the 10th February so will see how the appointment goes on Monday and then go from there, looks like there won't be a Drs form with it, which has my diagnosis and description.

What to the group I mentioned and spoke to someone about the situation. They were great and listened for over an hour, and have offered to go with me to the assessment if there is one, as well as looking over my form. Having to speak in that way has drained me, slept for hours when I got back and have been animus and on edge all day today, this is a throwback to how things were all the time when I was in a job situation, and a reason why I can't throw away all I have learned and grown from not being in those environments. Almost feel outside of myself today and even writing this have become restless and tense. The form is filled in and will post tomorrow, what I hate right now is the fact that in those kind of conversations I can over talk and go off onto things that are away from what I'm looking to do, lose perspective and just become in a state where I say everything this in my mind. It's not good and the effect afterwards (like now) can be heavy, loss of perspective and clarity, I was like this non stop for so long and am not looking to go back to it.

Any idea on how long the form takes to be processed?
