It is possible although it happens rarely and most often in the week before a hearing.

I have also compiled a response to the f2f, highlighting the 3 main discriptors I disagree with, and how I think the assessor failed to report things she was told, and did not fully take into account how the difficulties affect my husband's life.
Can I send this as extra evidence for the hearing?
Do I also need to send it to DWP?

Yes, all of your evidence and argument for an award must be with the Tribunal Service no later than seven days before the hearing.

You should only send your information to the TS, they will copy it and send it to the DWP.

I am awaiting a date for a hearing. Will the changes to descriptors announced today affect us?

The changes only apply to Decision made on or after 16 March, but understand that the Three Judge Decision merely opened the door for claimants with mental health problems, they still need to show that they meet the criteria for the Descriptors to be awarded points.

I am writing to request evidence re Subject Access request under the Data Protection Act 1998. Where do I sent the request? To the same place I sent the original PIP claim form, or somewhere else?
