OK, 18 metres is just under 20 yards or about 59 feet. I've done a search and I can't find anything to compare it to so you might want to try and measure it.

hi i have returned my pip form on thursday recorded back to them ..would you have any idea how long you wait for to get a f2f app please im in Scotland
do i get a letter with an appointment or do they call you with appointment please

ive been told and also found on internet that 20mtrs is roughly the length of 2 buses if this is any help to anyone

Best guess is 2-3 weeks for an appointment letter and a further two week until the actual interview.
Capita seem to be writing to claimants when they receive there file from the DWP, ATOS seem to be only doing this in some areas.

Mine is under Atos and its been 4 weeks since l sent the claim form in and thus nothing so far in terms of any correspondence and my carer as B&W advised tried to get through to the DWP to find out what is happening and cut a long story short their phone service is a utter shambles as we could not get through at all and all l can say by my own experiences is the stress of it all is terrible to say the least as without my wonderful supportive family l am not sure l could cope going through this tortuous process.
