So how could a person with agoraphobia successfully claim standard mobility pip without any physical mobility issues?

I thought the psychological stress grounds had been stopped for new claimants after March 16th?

As I explained in a previous post, claimants with mental health issues can still score 10 points for Descriptor (e) of the Going Out activity. See the PIP Claim guide for details.

Okay I will read this. But what exactly can't they do following these changes that were made recently? That is what I am trying to get my head around.

You really need to read the guide, it explains the changes and how they affect claimants.
