Hi B,

Yes, Tribunal decisions will always be backdated and run from the date of the original adverse decision that has been appealed.

I have been reading the posts and understand in some cases that reassessment may be deferred by 2 years for some claimants.
My original decision when I was found fit for work was 28/1/2014 and I won my tribunal case and was awarded support group ,the tribunal recommended that I was not reassessed for 12 months from tribunal date 3/10/2014.
Is it a possibility that I would have heard by now for a reassessment as its only less than 3 weeks away from the 12 months .Do you think the best way to stop me worrying is to ring the DWP and ask when reassessment might be ?
many thanks for this wonderful site .....

If the DWP are sticking to the original re-assessment date then I would have expected you to have received a new ESA50 by now.

Yes, you need to ask the DWP for an update on when you are likely to be re-assessed.

I rang the DWP this morning and was told that my ESA reassessment date was now Oct 17.... 2 years later than originally recommended.wow .... some good news at last....something less to worry about for a while.
I just have to wait for my DLA indefinite award to be reassessed over to pip.

I also followed the advice and rang to find out when my reassessment might be as it was due this month. i was told it is now in December.not as late as had hoped but its perhaps because i live in a high benefit claiming area of greater Manchester. oh well 2 years to my pension and at least i know now when it is
