I called DWP today & they said they still hadn’t had my PA4. So I rang Capita & they said it was ready to send to DWP. I had a text from DWP just before 5pm saying they’d got the report & it would take about 6 weeks. So I tried to ring DWP to ask for my PA4, but they cut me off after 40 minutes saying that the department was now closed. So I’ll try again Monday morning.
