PLEASE HELP, I AM MOVING FOR E.S.A TO U.C, I GET E.S.A FOR ME AND MY WIFE, WHEN MY WIFE MAKES HER CLAIM FOR U.C DOES SHE HAVE TO SAY SHE IS GETTING E.S.A IN THE HEALTH QUESTION EVEN THOUGH I AM CLAIMING FOR BOTH OF US. THANK YOU

I would ask the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service. Their phone number is on page 2 of your Migration letter.
