Hi all received a letter yesterday from dwp saying they can not pay me anymore as I haven't paid enough national insurance for years 2009-2010.i am contribution based I phoned national insurance people and they told me that for year 2009-2010 I didn't pay any which I was unaware of.on the letter is says they are not paying me any more income related esa which it wasn't in the first place then saying that they will still credit my national insurance while claiming esa any help would be great
Your post does not make much sence as CB ESA is based on your last two years NI contributions in the year in which you claimed.
