Hi, I filled in the PIP forms for my son , stating my name and the reason why i was filling them in on the forms. I then filled in again for the Reconsideration forms too as well as an outside agency support. I have now come to fill in forms for taking the decision to the Appeals procedure and it is asking if i have official appointee ship from the DWP ? So far i have not done this. Is this something i need to do or can i just acknowledge on the forms that i am helping to fill in as a mother due to my son not being able to cope with the forms and understanding ?
