Hi Kendod666

Don't forget to contact DWP 48 hrs after the assessment and ask for a copy of the assessors report called a PA4.

Good luck

Gary

Hi Kendod666,

Just to say, I wish you the best of luck with your review.

Once you have the assessment report you'll have a good idea how well it went and be able to tackle any misreporting etc should there be any.

One of the things with reviews - whether they are telephone or face-to-face - is that in my experience assessors do make genuine mistakes. I have never had a 100% accurate report.

So once again good luck and hopefully you will pass with flying colours so to speak.

Regards,

Phrank.

Dear Kendod666, please don't just wait, phone them up today or tomorrow: ask them for the PA4 assessment report. You have a right to this, so if the call handler ifs and buts, thank them, hang up and try again.
Sit down with a cuppa and highlighter pens when you get the report, go through and mark any point-losing errors, omissions or twists you may find. If the report is not indicating the award you believe would be right, write ASAP to 'The Decision Maker' at the address on the last letter you had. Coldly debunk all those errors that cost points referring back to your evidence. Avoid calling the assessor a liar even if they were, keep it cold.
If necessary drag in new evidence eg from NHS website about medications. [A favourite they tried on our daughter was to claim her painkillers were for moderate pain, while the NHS says different, it's for severe pain].
Sending this letter completely saved us the whole MR/Appeal drag last time [Enhanced x 2] so very very well worth getting that PA4 ASAP.

Hope you don't need the above but it may help new readers.
Best,
Denby
