hello to all. just need a bit of advice if anyone can help. my mother is 78 years of age now and she suffers badly from titanus also has been diagnosed with loss of hearing and needs aids in both ears without these my mother cannot hear at all.with these problems would she be able to claim attandance allowance and if so under what scenarios thank you for any help
