I’m expecting my invite for interim award period PIP imminently. Unfortunately, I cannot find my original form. Opinions below will be gratefully received - I think it unwise to ask for copy now as it could just trigger the review - any insight as to whether the time for me to receive a copy of my form may exceed the time to complete the review form?
Your question is difficult to answer with any certainty.
Ringing asking for a copy should not trigger a review. Your request will be made to a call handler and they are not part of the review process. They may say you have to do a subject access request in order to get a copy of the form. How long it will take - I cannot tell you in the current circumstances when the DWP have a backlog of work.
