I live in Scotland and have recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees and feet. Can I request a copy of my x rays to submit to DWP for reassessment. Gerry
You would need to ask this question of the hospital where it took place. You can put in a subject access request - but I don't know whether they send copies of x-rays. Has a letter not been sent to your GP. The x-ray won't necessarily mean anything to the person looking at your case.
