Jsut had a call of the DWP asking if I have removed my representative which I advised no and they then asked in I was sending in further evidence which I mentioned that yes I would be.
Is this normail as still waiting for them to respond to the pip appeal
Yes, the DWP do sometimes ask questions of a claimant. Sometimes it is because they are reviewing how they are going to fight the case or suddenly make an offer before the tribunal. It's impossible to tell why the DWP does certain things.
