Renewal of PIP

Renewal of PIP was created by Terry63
Hi there. I’m new on here so have no idea how to use it. Basically PIP sent out a new claim form to be returned by 30th March. I thought I was notified at some point that my claim had been received. I’m so stressed, my anxiety is a high as 3 months + I have had no communication from them at all. Should I be concerned? Thank you in advance

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum

There is quite a backlog with PIP claims, to put your mind at ease contact the PIP helpline; 0800 121 4433 and ask if they have received your claim, best time to call is first thing in the morning 9.00 am.

Did you send your claim by recorded delivery? If you did check whether or not it was received and signed for by DWP.

DWP do sometimes send confirmation text messages, so check you phone for a ,message.
