Hello everyone can anyone tell me if the esa renewal will be face to face ,paper or telephone its long time since I had a face to face ,have they started again thank you
We can't actually tell you. Face-to-face assessments have started again, although we haven't heard of many people being given them. The majority of assessments still appear to be on the telephone.
