Now that you have been informed that DWP have a copyof the assessors report, you need to contact DWP and ask for a copy of the assessors report called a PA4.
Do not let the contact centre tell you that you cannot not have a copy until a decision has been made as this is untrue, you can have a copy once DWP receives it from the assessor which usually takes 48 hrs but in your case they received it the same day. If you get no joy ask to speak to their line manager, make sure you write down their name.
