Hi my daughter turned 16 she has to apply for pip the deadline is 18 of July but her mum booked a holiday from 28 July to13 of august.can she apply for pip and ask the dwp to send the form after the 13 august or is it too risky to mess with the process.
I would contact the DWP near the dead line and ask for an extension, explain that a holiday has been booked and you will not be back until 14th August. DWP should be able to give you a two week extension, if this extension is cutting it close, contact DWP again and ask for another, make sure you ask for an extension before the time runs out..
