I had my assessment about 2 weekss ago- is it possible to get a transcript of what was typed by the assessor. It was face to face but I found the whole thing very unproffessional. The person ended up telling me all her physical issues!
Hi Marie, You are entitled to get s copy if the assessment PA4- you can ring DWP for this. When you mean a transcript presumably you mean a written out version of the whole assessment conversation. Assuming that the assessment was recorded you could ask for a CD- I doubt very much you would get a transcript out of DWP! Get the CD and you could make your own. There maybe software that would automatically transcribe this, or ask a friend if you can not do this yourself. If you manage to get a transcript then you could use this in any subsequent MR or appeal. You may also wish to make a formal complaint. If you do, try and group criticisms into types and put them as bullet points using one or two examples of the worst criticisms. I hope this helps. LL26
