My husband is on CB ESA and PIP. He is thinking about starting a part time distance learning degree. Is this likely to impact on his benefits. Thanks in advance.
It can be a complicated area as it depends on a number of factors, your PIP will not be affected but your CB ESA may, I would advise you to seek help from your local Welfare Rights Organisation advicelocal.uk or from where you are looking to part time distance learn.
