From your post unless your condition has improved why are you reporting a change of circumstances if you are already in the support group? It will make no difference to your claim.
If your condition has deteriorated then I would do nothing until you are next sent a review form, and then inform of a change in your condition.
If your condition has improved then contact DWP straight away and inform them.
