It's entirely up to you whether you write no change or whether you write a little. You should have a look at the advice in the Guide to PIP Claims and reviews. (We don't advise that you just write 'no change' - though plenty of people do). The information you need starts on page 128. Have a look at that, and then decide what you want to do.
