My Dad is terminally ill and my siblings and I do whatever we can to support my parents. We have been through all statement transactions from July 2022 - March 2023 with our Mum and the £150 Disability COL payment (with Dad being on enhanced PIP) is nowhere to be seen. We have unsuccessfully tried calling 0800 121 4433 with no success so far. Is this the correct number? Is this the best avenue? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you
