Hi all, I have just joined as I was hoping for some support with completing my form. I stupidly decided notify them that my conditions have deteriorated and the lady on the phone informed me that they can actually take my award away, now I'm terrified that I've done the wrong thing and should have just left it alone, I wondering if I can get any help w the questions?
