Subject access request missing information was created by Flipeteeflop
Hi,
I finally have received my subject access request for all DWP information held.

Im currently undergoing a pip appeal, and this was asked for to help this.

There are notable things missing from this though.
Evidence i know rhat has been submitted in the past 10 years is not there.

Part of my AR1 additional notes on numbered pages seem to be missing. I always number additional pages with the total pages. I.e pp1/7.
I only have pages 1-6 out of 10 pages.

I am also missing call logs.
I made a call after my initial decision letter was received, and spoke at length to a seperate decision maker, who not only went throygh my claim and said he agreed something had gone very wrong, he also stated he would write a note in suport of what i had said, and note i wouod reply to my MR seperately.

A few weeks later i spoke to another decision maker and asked what had been put down. I was told that yes, notes had been made on system that these were visible, and that the decision maker had stated it seems i have been awarded wrongly. When i asked if i can get a copy of that, i was told to ask for a SAR, which i then did.

The second decision maker then also wrote a note on file stating he had given me an extension and that it looks like the decision was wrong.

The SAR, does not log the first call. Or the first DM notes that i was told were visible on the casefile when i called 3 weeks later.
Only the second DM comments and call is showing in my log, given to me.

What, if any, do i have in come back for missing parts of my file not being given?

obviously there is a difference between stating evidence was never received, therefore explaining its absence (despite being bizzare gicen the rest of the submission is there)
And having staff confirm information is on file that then disappears.

I will get my bundle once my Tribunal appeal comes through, maybe this information will reappear.

But this smells funky to me.

How do i address this?

Thanks

Hi Flipeteeflop

Your SAR information must have come with an address. You could write and say that there is information missing. Whether you will get it, I don't know.

I know you want to try and give every bit of information you can, but remember at the tribunal, their focus is going to be on whether or not you meet the specific PIP criteria and what you should be awarded. The panel is unlikely to care a great deal about whether a call you made was logged on the system. In your submission, you can say there is other information you hoped to include, but I would try not to stress if there are items missing.
