Hi, this morning I received a text saying | was awarded PIP and the letter would arrive in 2 weeks! Should I ring WPA to find out about it? I'm asking in case I need to appeal so I can start to prepare everything. I still haven't received the PA4 requested.
If you've been waiting more than ten days for your PA4 - I would ring the DWP and ask for it to be sent again. You need that alongside your decision letter to know whether you will want to put in for a Mandatory Reconsideration.
