Hi Kathy,

Thank you for kind words. The Customer Compliance Officer said she felt some in the apartments could possibly have a grudge against me, since as well as the scooter incident, my Motability car which I only changed in January 2010 has also been damaged.

I cannot really afford, nor do we have the energy to move. We've moved 16 times in 42 years of marriage, mainly due to my work, but also to finding more suitable disabled friendly accommodation as my health conditions have deteriorated.

Pat and I have decided to do nothing rash. Luckily we have a static holiday caravan not too far away, so we're going to try and have a week or so there and chill out.

I've decided not to take my laptop with me, so I won't be tempted to log in to B & W and answer queries.

I'm really pleased with the support that you and others have given me about this affair, they have made me feel quite humble.

Take care, and thanks again.

Jim

Thinking of you and hoping that whoever's been targetting you finds a different hobby.
