Sorry to hear this, quite understand your anxiety and worry. We are receiving more and more members reporting the last minute cancelling of appointments.
As they claim to have advised you of this, which you didn't receive, you could make a complaint. However it seems that the decision may now be in your favour? Therefore, whilst you have been inconvenienced, it may be better to leave things until you know for sure?
