Whose responsibility

After yesterdays fiasco, i have been told by a manager who rang me today, that DWP have no requirements to contact Tribunal Services and it was my responsibility to ring them regarding me appealing for my ESA. Can i ask who is the responsibility in this matter when DWP are requesting for sick certificates and i have appealed to them????

Hi DA,

It would be hard for me to comment, regarding responsibility etc, without having access to your full details, which is obviously not possible.

There is not really anything to be gained by discussing your complaint over the phone, and I would continue to do so in writing.

Also having sent my paperwork to an address of which i have not lived at for over 15-16 months DWP have broken my privacy, confidentiality for not informing the Tribunal services. So be warned. I also found out from Appealing back in May they did nothing until Tribunal was informed in August 2011.
