I have to return a completed ESA50 Limited Capability for Work questionnaire
What is the difference between the above and the PCA guide of April 2008?? I am in receipt of High rate DLA Care is this an exemption?? My health would and indeed did suffer to the point where the stress even in a different less demanding job brought about a 3rd CVA, am I exempt
Sorry if the answers are so simple but Im really struggling with guides for this and that and of knowing what answers they are wanting
There is a comparison of the ESA descriptors to the old IB ones in the IB to ESA guide, however, it is the ESA ones that you need to concentrate on.
There are no exceptions to completing the ESA50, either due to DLA or a condition, so I am afraid you need to complete and return the form in order for you to continue receiving benefit.
Please have a look at our ESA claim guides as these explain how to reflect your disabilities in answering the questions on the ESA50.
