I attended my Atos WCA ON 25/11/2011.The examiner was a trained Physiotherapist.Received a call from DWP yesterday saying that I had failed the test -only scored 6 points whereas previously awarded 18 and 24 (For 2 claims) at the Tribunal in March 2011.At the moment considering what to do -another Appeal and another Tribunal.Just exhausted with this whole merry-go round.As usual DWP excelled themselves in the speed in which they applied my disallowance, whereas they took nearly 3 months to apply my payment of arrears (as a result of winning both claims at Tribunal in March this year). This WCA was based on the new type ESA 50 which seems to make it harder to score points.Just feel numb at the moment as I thought it went quite well! Happy Christmas to you all and hopefully a less stressful New Year for all of us.
