hope someone can advise i applied in november 2011 the form was handed into my local dwp office my carer asked for a receipt but was told that they do not give them she then asked that it be sent by internal mail to date i have not heard anything if possible can anyone tell me if they have any experience of this regards gav

Not quite clear on what you were applying for in Nov 2011, do you mean Severe Disability Premium?
If memory serves me correct, you are now in the SG of ESA?
