IB paid for how long

My sister-in law is still empolyed but on sickness benefit, she is due to receive her pension in March this year, will she continue to receive her IB, or will this stop with her receiving her state pension as she is hoping to return to work after Easter or early May.

Hi T,

IB, Incapacity Benefit is a working age benefit, as in "Incapacity for work" so it is not possible to be in receipt of IB and State Pension.
