I am due for reassessment inFeb and am confused as to which guides I should download. I am presently on IB.

Just because your IB may be due for review in February, it does not necessarily mean that this will be the case.

You will know when you are starting the ESA transfer process, as you will receive a letter telling you.

Up until then you do not have to do anything.
