retirment age

hi all
i am confused about the critera the dwp will be using with pip.they state that everyone up to retirment age 65. my wife is 62 and recives her oap how could she be regarded within the of working age bracket as stated by the dwp ie 16 to 65.

Hi B1,

The plans are, that anyone in receipt of DLA, and has reached State Pension Age by the time that PIP is due to start in 2013, will not be transferred over :
