My renewal pack has arrived aaaggghhhhhh!!!!!

hi ive just recieved my renewal pack for dla . i appealed on my first claim ,as i got zero points .I won and got full mobility ,and low rate care .i have fibromyalgia,arthritis,sponydlosis,depression,chronic fatigue,ibs, the only change in my health is i now have tennis elbow ,and severe back pain ,getting worse .needing to up my painkillers, now im getting stressed already ,that i have to prove myself,At my tribunal ,it was a unanamous decission.i have all your info here .please can you help me get through this again.yalilassyxxxxxxxxx

I just noticed belatedly that you haven't had a reply to this.

Here's how I'd tackle it. Take a copy of your last application or, if you prefer and you've got the energy, type the key answers into a document on your computer.

Go through it point by point alongside our DLA application guide, asking yourself 'did my answer last time include all the relevant information I then gave to the tribunal' and 'am I following the guide's advice in answering this question' and where appropriate, rewrite the relevant section.

Then check to see that it is all still relevant and make any alterations necessary to take into account any changes to your care/mobility needs and copy onto the form.

I hope this isn't too late.
