look after severely mentally handicapped brother. But, i do not claim carers allowance. Have written evidence from head guy at specialist hospital re:brother is brain damaged. also supporting letter from brother's GP - that without support he will need to be placed in residential care home.
filled in huge form ATos - reqest notes ESA113 sent to GP.
Help! note carers in reciept of carers allowance are exempt.
