ESA still in the Drawer??

Hi can anyone shine a light on this ..I have been appealing my no points for esa since jan12..As I won my dla appeal last week I was feeling confident and thought I would call esa to let them know and also ask how my appeal was doing as I considered my dla to be good new evidence HRM/MRC they told me to contact tribunal themselves with this , so I did guess what they have NOT recieved anything from esa regarding my appeal wtfeck?? I called esa again arghhh and they say that its still in the drawer system??? has anyone else had this?? what is it?? very angry as Ive been in assessment stage since end of August 11 and appealed in Jan12

I suspect that your case is still awaiting reconsideration by another Decision Maker. This is a mandatory step before your appeal is sent to the Tribunal Service. I have heard that recons are taking upwards of 3 months at the moment, but your case does seem to be taking even longer than this. In the circumstances, you might feel inclined to complain to DWP
