my appeal is on monday [ib to wrag no medical should be support group]
just got another supplementary submission from the tribunal service, no name on it, just blank space, or on any of the submissions, should there be?
it says the criteria for support group has changed since I was last in support group ??? transfer from IB so ???
also quote half a sentance from a letter sent to them saying the criteria has changed since then... but not the rest of the sentance which continues to Jan 2012 from 2001  All the things they say are easily dismissed as the full and correct info is all in 'the bundle' but it makes me so angry and frustrated
'sigh' relaxation exercises calling me again
regards linda

The Tribunal Service merely distribute evidence from one party to another, so I would assume that the papers you received have originated from the DWP.

I am not aware of any changes to the ESA Support Group criteria since March 2011, although there has been a change of guidance in relation to descriptor 7.

7. Understanding communication by hearing, lip reading, reading 16 point print or using any aid if reasonably used.

If you believe that there is content missing from what you have received then you should contact the Tribunal Service and raise the issue with them.

Good luck with the appeal.

sorry Gordon, yes i know it comes from the DWP but where it says decision makers name and address there is no name just a blank followed by jobcentre plus address.
I have made notes of all the relevant bundle pages and lines that show the submission, as all of them have been, is inaccurate and down right misleading.
march 2011 is indeed the date they quote and my transfer to esa was 01/09/2011 so ?
my bundle is now 178 pages  but some things are in there 3 times so it shouldn't be so big... not that anyone at dwp has read my esa50 let alone anything else as they keep proving 'sigh'
sorry again Gordon and thank you for your help and good wishes. B and W rocks :)
