hi i have telephond the dwp today to ask for a statement of reason it took me 30 minutes to get through(makes me think there mowed out with the lenght of time it took to asnwer the phone however they were very nice and he requested it there and then said i should recieve it within a few days il keep you informed if i do recieve it cheers again for your advice
