Our ESA Claim guide is in two parts, the first covering questions 1-10 deals ESA claims on Physical Grounds, and the second covering questions 11-17, deals with claims on Mental Health grounds. Both are available through the Members Only link in the orange section on the left of the page.
There's no right way to fill in the form, but if it was me, I would prioritise answering the questions on how closely I match the criteria.
The Royal Mail provide a number of services including next day delivery, most members make use of these as appropriate, remember to factor in weekends and Bank Holdays, 4th and 5th June.
