:(on the 19th June I am going for my a second tribunal. Due to the tribunal at fault I used community legal and theyve been very helpful and they basically tore the tribunal to bits every part of it. Should i tell them how ill this has made me. I suffer with M.E, and the stress has made me very ill, i know this cannot be considered. Howcan I get across to them the distance i can walk.i did send them proof from my GP and others.they didnt seem to take this into consideration at all,
- how far can you walk? - how far before you are in pain? - how far before you are breathless or exhausted? - how long before you can repeat the exercise? - for a given distance, how long until you fully recover, either that day or the next? - how long does it take you to walk the distance? - what is your style of walking, do you stumble? - how variable is it? - how many days a week are you like this? - do other activities affect how far you can walk? - do you need to "schedule" walking into your daily/weekly routine?
I'm sure there is more, but I hope you get the idea.
