DLA & informing DWP was created by TonyD
I submitted my ESA50 to ATOS Croydon in mid-February - so far I have heard nothing.

I subitted a DLA application in April and have just been awarded HRM and LRC.
Do I need to inform DWP of the DLA award?

Hi Tony,

In theory, the DLA Unit for your area should inform the Jobcentre Plus office dealing with your ESA claim, but best to let your JCP office know about your DLA award as it could assist your ESA claim.

Regards.

Jim
