Hi,

Have lodged an appeal re WRAG to Support and sent in an SAR for papers etc.. to DWP in mid April, sent by recorded and tracked, confirmed delivery and since then nothing by way of a reply. Wrote again about ten days ago and had reply his morning, DWP have said they have lost the first application and have enclosed a form for me to complete re the request. Is this unusual or is it just incompetence on their part.
