Im at a loss I cant stay like this another 18weeks its making me ill upstairs
You can accept a short notice appeal, but you should only do this if all of your evidence has been submitted to the Tribunal Service.
You can request an earlier appeal if you can show you are suffering hardship due to the delay.
In either case, due to the overloading of the system, you may not be granted an appeal any earlier.
Unfortunately, although the Tribunal Service has been taking on more staff, they take time to be trained, and even then the increased staffing is unlikely to meet the increased demands on the TS due to the IB/IS/SDA transfer and the time limiting of ESA(CB).
