ESA Reassessment Review Timescale was created by Lavender
Changeover to ESA from IB began in Sept 2011. Was put in WRAG, then in SG after reconsideration.
Rang up my local JCP today to ask when my next review date is.
Advisor checked their records and said no review date is noted on two of their computer systems. There is a third system to which he wasn't able to check.
The initial Atos report stated that 'a return to work can be considered after 18 months'
The second Atos report stated 'suggested prognosis is likely to be in the longer term as there unlikely to be significant improvement'
Is a review date usually specified on the DWP systems or do the DWP make it up as they go along? Don't want to rock the boat by making a fuss, but I would like to know when they plan to review again.
