Just been muddling through pile of letters, its seems I only filled in one ESA50 form. Sorry to be so vauge and confusing,I am getting a family members to make these posts on my behalf. This is the series of events;
18/1/12 recieved ESA50, returned before 20/2/12 24/2/12 put in WRAG 27/3/12 letter acknowledging myappeal, appeal dated 20/3/12 17/4/12 letter with appointment for medical, medical date 4/5/12 4/5/12 letter with rescheduled medical, attended this 19/5/12 9/7/12 0 points awarded, ruled not eligable for ESA
From your latest post, it would seem the medical was required as part of the Reconsideration process to move you back to the Support Group from the WRAG.
As the resulting Decision was not in your favour, your appeal should still be "live", however, I would recommend that you check with the DWP to confrim that this is the case.
The next step should be for the DWP to send your papers to the Tribunal Service for a hearing.
