Any advice please.
IB to wrag after 20 years on IB, no medical.
Have appealed to be placed into support group with a basic statement of
"will provide details as and when it becomes available " simply because I have asked
for the evidence they have used 4 times by phone and I'm in the process of writing at the moment for it again.
Had my first interview at the job centre today , I don't have to do anything till after the appeal.
how do I proceed with the appeal if I can't get the facts ? for example . I have said I can't walk the 50m without pain in as much detail as I can on the form, they say based on my form, and a sick note from I don't know when? that I don't pass this SG descriptor , how they came to that decision
I have no idea, simply put "how do I answer when they won't give me the question?

I think you need to keep repeating your assertion that you do meet Support Group criteria and supply as much evidence as you can. If the reconsideration does not find in your favour, and your case procedes to Tribunal, you will be sent the 'bundle' of paperswhich should contain everything used to make the decision.

Meanwhile, put your request for the Statement of Reasons in writing, or submit a 'Subject Access Request'.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
