I want to say thank you to all at Benefits At Work, I have been treated appallingly by Capita, thanks to your advice/writing to MP, complaining to Capita, at last the DWP have decided there is no need for me to have a face-to-face interview, they are making their decision based on the evidence provided, that being from 7 Consultants.

Capita for their part, never replied to any of our letters (3 in all) under their complaints procedure, all sent by recorded delivery, but never answered, it took a dam good MP to sort the mess out, one thing I would like to mention, Capita astonishingly admitted they don't deal with complaints due to volume of work/complaints at hand, how crass and incompetent is that.

Why don't the Government step in and put the tender out to several companies, instead of giving the inapt Capita an open cheque book at our expense. I have never experienced such misery and rudeness from a company who are supposed to show compassion/dignity and respect to the claimants.

I am taking this all the way to Parliament, watch this space, just because you are disabled does not mean these clueless heartless "churn numbers out" have to treat us with such contempt.

I am glad to hear that you have been able to progress this matter, the DWP seem to be about 3-5 weeks to make a Decision but the time can be quite variable.

I am afraid the award of contract to Capita (and ATOS) was done using standard procedures, unless Capita is found to be unable to fulfil it's obligations under the contract, there is no chance of them being replaced.
