I found them helpful in fact they rang me to check I'd put the right stuff I wanted as had made a mistake and only mentored incapacity benefit. They wanted to check I didn't want the rest as well. It was send out in special delivery envelopes, one for each benefit. I can't remember the number sorry.
Thanks Orangeblossom. I'm not managing to find contact details, but it's refreshing to hear about the dwp being nice, definitely! Gives me hope. Will most likely write to them again soon, and just mark the envelope FAO data protection officer.
